Registration must be completed within 30 days of the start of the sports season. 

Students registering for Activities must have a current (within one calendar year to the month that the sport season starts) physical examination form submitted for the health office review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Click the Athletic Team Registration icon and complete a family account and follow the registration instructions.   Please contact your child's health care provider to get orders for your child to self carry and self administer any emergency medication they may be taking like inhalers and epi-pens.
